Shipping
Shipping within the UK is free for orders of 50 tiles or more.
Standard shipping is available for smaller orders within the UK as follows:
- 1-2 tiles £12
- 3-4 tiles £15
- 5-9 tiles £18
- 10-20 tiles £22
- 21-24 tiles £24
- 25-29 tiles £30
- 30-39 tiles £35
- 40-49 tiles £40
Our black coloured tiles will be dispatched immediately and delivered within 3-5 working days. For orders of coloured tiles these make take longer depending on current stock levels. We will contact you immediately after your order is placed to confirm our lead time.
Orders from outside of Mainland UK are welcome. Please get in contact with our team to discuss your delivery options.
Free collection from our base in Botley is available.
Please do provide a phone number at point of or ordering for us to forward to our courier service. We ask our courier to ring an hour before your delivery is due to arrive. All of our mats arrive on pallets. Please also provide delivery instructions in case of no one home, narrow lanes or other reasons a large lorry may not be able to deliver.
Returns
Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and additional charges Regulations 2013) apply, We do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
In the event that South Coast Matting, at its discretion unless the Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and additional charges regulations 2013) apply, agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition All goods returned in these circumstances (except where the Consumer Protection Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and additional charges regulations 2013) apply. Please ensure that the product(s) you have purchased are to your specification prior to breaking the manufacturers seals. This will avoid disappointment and the product(s) being rejected, should you wish to return them.
All damages must be reported with in 48 hours of delivery and manufacturer does not accept any liability for goods that arrive damaged. Refund or Replacement will only be issues once goods are returned in their original condition.
Due to the some of our products being made of recycled materials we cannot be responsible for slight variations in colour if more tiles are ordered from a different batch.
The cost of returning goods are solely the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued minus the original cost of shipping incurred by South Coast Matting at the time of purchase.
